Instructions
  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small forests. Place in the food processor and chop to a riced texture. Alternatively, purchase prepackaged organic cauliflower rice (available at Costco from Taylor Farms).
  2. Warm butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir in cauliflower and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Pull the rosemary leaves off the stem and mix into the riced cauliflower.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve
