Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place a cast iron pan in the oven.
  3. Finely chop the herbs.
  4. Mix the chicken meat with the herbs and salt.
  5. Using wet hands, form the mixture into 1” -1½“ balls and set aside.
  6. When all the balls are ready, take the cast iron pan out of the oven (using an oven mitt) and place the balls in the pan. Return to the oven for 10-12 min. Depending on the size of your pan, you may need to do this in 2 batches.
