Instructions
  1. Wash, peel and slice the apples.
  2. Peel the lemon and remove seeds.
  3. Toss the apples with the lemon.
  4. Add water, butter and cinnamon. IF YOU ARE ON THE CLEANSE, OMIT THE CINNAMON.
  5. Stir and cook on the stove top until boiling. Reduce heat and cook until the apples are soft.
  6. Cool down and process until smooth using a small food processor.
  7. Store in the fridge in a glass container.
