Instructions
  1. Place livers and add 2 tbsp. butter in a pain on the stove on medium heat.
  2. Add sliced apples.

  3. Add 1/2 of the sage.

  4. Season with 1 tsp. salt.
  5. Cook until the livers have turned brown for about 10 minutes. It's okay to have them medium rare inside.

  6. When cooled, place liver and apple mixture in a food processor and blend with remaining butter and fresh sage until desired consistency.

  7. Taste and add salt if desired.
  8. Pour mixture in glass container and set in refrigerator.
