Instructions
  1. Place the chicken in a 7 quart slow cooker.
  2. Splash with oil and vinegar.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cook for 3 hours on the low setting.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken with 2 forks and return to the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 1-2 hours on low.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and serve.
